In support of our metal sourcing, distribution, and fabrication services, AAA Metals Company is proud to offer precision laser and water jet cutting services with bevel cutting capabilities. Custom shapes are cut from stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium, aluminum, copper and brass, in sheet and plate raw forms. Our state of the art 5 axis machinery can handle up to 10,000 lb of weight, with a powerful laser capable of cutting through up to 0.625″ of stainless steel, and up to 0.250″ of aluminum while maintaining a tight ±0.010″ tolerance. Our advanced water jet equipment produces a stream capable of cutting thicknesses of up to 6″. We specialize in providing high quality finishing including polishing and sand blasting, and a number of value added ancillary services including forming, bending, rolling, welding, stamping, grinding, and heat treating among others.

Quality and integrity are assured for all laser and water jet cut components, subjecting parts to thorough surface and ultrasonic testing procedures, along with full visual and dimensional inspections. We handle prototype to full volume production and no minimum quantities, with typical lead times ranging from mere hours to a few weeks.
